This insurance, to be taken out at the time of booking, will cover you from the 29th day for the mountains before the start of your holiday, for the following causes (non-exhaustive list):

– Cancellation and change of holiday for any reason* (including Covid-19).

– Interruption of holiday.

– Civil liability for holidaymakers (compulsory).

– Unavailability of holiday accommodation.

– Personal effects.

– Rescue and repatriation costs…

Without this insurance, in the event of cancellation, the sums paid by the tenant will be retained by the agency.

In the event of cancellation or interruption of the holiday, or more generally in the event of a claim, the tenant must immediately send a written request to his Location Vacances manager, together with the necessary supporting documents.
