**The cancellation insurance taken out by the principal under the Management Contract is offered during the first year of the Management Contract, the first year being understood as the period corresponding to the season specified in the special terms and conditions of the Management Contract. The amount of the cancellation insurance will be reimbursed at the time of the management report at the end of the season of the first year of the Management Contract. For subsequent years, the amount of the cancellation insurance will be payable by the principal.
