YOU simply manage from your GSI by Foncia owner space:
blocking of periods, information needed to welcome the tenant, payment of fees and optional comfort services.
WE manage the tenant’s stay on site:preparation of accommodation, handover of keys, security deposit, cleaning.
CO-BOOKING
You give us a contact, we rent and welcome you.
YOU just fill in the contact details in your GSI by Foncia owner space and block the dates on their shared schedule.
WE turn your contact into a tenant: we ensure your comfort (offer of sheets, towels, wifi, etc.) and manage all the administration for you (contract, receipts, including tourist tax, reminders, management and financial responsibility in the event of cancellation, etc.).
WE manage the tenant’s stay on site: preparation of accommodation, key collection, security deposit, cleaning.
FULL MANAGEMENT
You don’t take care of anything, we do everything.
YOU just let us know the periods available for rental on the shared schedule in your owner’s area.
WE looking for your tenant:marketing of your property via our teams, partners, tourism professionals*, high-quality photo reports, management of all administration (proposals, contracts, receipts including tourist tax, reminders, management in the event of cancellation, etc.).
WE manage the tenant’s stay on site:

* 50% guaranteed by our Marsh / Areas insurance and up to 100% if we re-let the entire stay under the original rental conditions;
** Free of charge, with the exception of the administration fee and the insurance premium retained by GSI by Foncia.
