The Nova residence is one of the emblematic architectural residences of the Arcs 1800 resort. Its central location in the resort allows it to be as close as possible to Charvet and Villards without forgetting the proximity of the slopes.

In winter, the ski schools and slopes are a 2-minute walk away, and in summer, Club Hero is also just 2 minutes away.
In summer, mountain bike hire 2 minutes away, nearby golf, hiking, climbing, nearby aquatic area with swimming pool, paragliding, accrobranche ... and various white-water sports !

- Cosy living room with a corner sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, flat screen TV, opening onto a terrace.
- Kitchen opened onto the living room : cooking plates, dishwasher, fridge, oven, hood, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a large table opening onto a terrace.
- Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed (2 people - 160x190cm), large cupboards
- Bathroom
- Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (2 people - 140x190cm), 1 wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds (2 people - 90x190cm)
- Italian shower room
- Sleeping alcove overlooking the living room, 1 set of bunk beds (2 people - 90x190cm)
- 2 separate toilets

- Washing machine
- Ski equipment storage + boot warmer
- 1 parking space in Nova car park
The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes). TV.
No pet allowed.
