This typical mountain chalet with a surface area of 260m², a large central fireplace in the living room and stone walls has the following layout:
On the ground floor, a small independent apartment with 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a WC and a small kitchen.
On the same level, but separate, is a dormitory with four single beds and a shower room with WC.
Passing through the hall, you reach the first level, where there are three bedrooms with two shower rooms and a separate toilet, as well as a huge living room with two large picture windows overlooking the mountains and slopes and a large balcony.
There is another apartment for 5 people on the second level. The entrance hall and laundry room are shared by both apartments.
